Private lessons are highly recommended for anyone starting a new instrument, or wanting to become a better player. We offer free trial lessons, so you can give it a try before signing up for our month-to month lesson program. Some younger beginners may not know which instrument they want to play, so we can set up a free lesson to try several different ones. Your weekly lesson time can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
We also offer semi-private lessons for piano and guitar. These are typically reserved for two siblings very close in age, that learn better while being together. After 3-6 months, it’s usually best to switch to private lessons for a more personalized learning experience.
Our instructors are all background-checked and teach a variety of lessons including guitar (acoustic guitar, electric guitar, and bass guitar), piano, keyboard, drums, and voice. We also offer lessons for band and orchestral instruments, including clarinet, trumpet, saxophone, trombone, flute, violin, viola, and cello.
While most of our students come from the Saddle Rock neighborhoods in Aurora, we also attract students from Parker, Centennial, CO and other areas of Denver.
In addition to private music lessons, many of our students also participate in one of our youth Performance or adult music Performance tracks. Students are placed in bands according to their age, level of experience, taste in music, and weekly availability. Each band (4-8 students) has their own director who helps them decide which songs to play, how to read their charts, keeps the guitars in tune, helps them understand any part on any instrument, and runs their sound. The bands practice once a week for 2 hours, and play shows at least every 6 months.
